Pukhtoon Yar（普东），巴基斯坦马尔丹人，hg皇冠官网讲师，hg皇冠官网巴基斯坦研究院研究人员。2008年在白沙瓦大学城市地理与区域规划学院取得学士学位，2010年在白沙瓦大学城市地理与区域规划学院取得地理学硕士学位，2014年在白沙瓦大学城市地理与区域规划学院取得学术硕士学位，2019年在hg皇冠官网地理与旅游学院取得博士学位，2019年至今任hg皇冠官网历史与社会学院讲师。
